We whelp a limited number of litters per year. Some litters are whelped at the co-owners home with our assistance and attention.
Great care is taken in choosing a stud that will compliment the dam. All puppies are temperament tested at 6 weeks.
Our goal is to produce healthy, confident and happy Kuvasz specimens.
We are currently accepting reservations for show, working and companion pups from upcoming breedings.
Reservations on puppies are held with a deposit and upon completion of a Potential Puppy Buyer Questionnaire (use e-mail link at left to ask for one to be emailed to you). Prices are $1000 for pet/companion pups and $1500 for show potential/breeding stock pups. All Mauna Kea puppies come with a contract guaranteeing their health. Pet/companion puppies are sold on a limited AKC registration and should be spayed/neutered. A $200 deposit will hold your reservation on a pup from a future breeding..

"Essie" is a double Markie granddaughter. She has a beautiful typey headpiece, correct structure and movement and a super stable temperament. She is OFA Excellent with OFA normal elbows, OFA normal thyroid, normal for van Willebrand Factor (Cornell) and is genotypically normal for PRA (through OFA).
